Believe it or not being fit doesn’t actually mean that you are an elite or high performing athlete. Our communities are full of fit and healthy individuals who make wonderful contributions to their families and their communities. The purpose of this unit is to explore what fitness is and what it might mean to your life. There will be an opportunity for you to complete a personal fitness profile during PE classes.
